Refund policy

The overview below sets out the terms and policies that apply to all returned Huledg products.

• 14 day return policy on all purchases
• 14 days refund period after receipt of return
• Products must be returned in their original packaging (if available) as best as possible
• Products must be returned in the best possible condition
• Return costs are for the buyer

Huledg will process a return as soon as possible after receiving it, and therefore in practice the refund will take place earlier than the maximum period of 14 days.
