All products that Hulegd sells are carefully selected for quality. If it is a second-hand product, it has been thoroughly inspected and tested for overall condition. So we stand behind all the products we sell.
Nevertheless, it may happen that a product breaks or no longer works properly, and in that case we offer our customers security through the Huledg warranty.
Huledg warranty conditions:
- New products come with a standard 2-year manufacturer's warranty, with an additional 30 days' warranty in the form of the Huledg warranty.
- The remaining manufacturer's warranty (if applicable) is provided on second-hand products, plus an additional 30 days of warranty in the form of the Huledg warranty.
If a defect occurs in a product purchased from Huledg outside the above period, we will always do our best to repair your product and provide further support if necessary.
