During the hardware and software installation, the customer can be helped with installing new hardware or software. We listen to the customer's wishes to ensure that this is done as pleasantly as possible.
A possible example is a complete backup of old files, upgrading hardware in existing systems, or receiving explanations about the operation of new software and/or hardware. Hardware and/or software installation can be done via email, telephone, video call or by using remote desktop software.
